Deanna & Colin’s day had moments that were real and true. It might surprise you to note that even though I am working, during the mass or ceremony I listen to the message from the priest or pastor. It is after all, a service, a sacred ceremony in which I respect with quietness and reverence, and even though I am working and almost especially, because I am working and what I do I feel is quite sacred, I listen. And I am often moved on some level, whether it’s by what’s sad, or simply a moment in the prayers of the people, I am often touched. But this service was truly a special one, an honest one, one marked with honesty, humor and tenderness. I’ll always remember his advice on nightgowns!
What went forth out from that church was a couple so happily blessed and in love, very symbolic from the shot I got as they exited down the aisle and into the world so big and bright now that they are together. Blessings, you two!
