I loved shooting Mike & Penny’s engagement session. It was a joy to see them and spend time with them just a few weeks before their wedding. These are super special people to us here at Vrai and you may have seen them before as they are very good friends of Kristina. You may have already seen their beautiful wedding in Thailand too, but they have their celebration here in Chicago in just over one week. As you may or may not be able to tell, we picked one of the hottest days of this year, and according to the calendar it wasn’t even summer yet! We totally had fun and enjoyed taking pictures and we certainly tried to do all those things that you must do on a hot day like this…wipe sweat, eat ice-cream, be by the river, and then get in the water!!! Mike and Penny are the best and I can’t wait for their day.
