Melissa & Joey

Melissa and Joey’s wedding is just around the corner.  It was fun getting to spend some time with them before the wedding.  I have been to the arboretum many times and I had fun looking for some different spots and angles that I haven’t tried before!  We also took advantage of an impending storm which […]

Emma turns 2!

So exciting to see Emma again this year after photographing her last year when she turned one.  Two is so fun yet so hard to shoot, they are all over the place and forget about any interest in getting her picture taken!  So I usually suggest something fun for them to do and I just […]

I thought the pictures were beautiful, I love the hair on Emma, hysterical!
The one with Emma walking, she looks so confident and happy!
Loved them all!

Jason and Robyn are expecting!

I haven’t shot a maternity session in awhile and it was a very refreshing change of pace and a good challenge…including the mob of mosquitos that followed us everywhere!  I think it was totally worth it even though it looks like I have chicken pox!  I love these pictures and we waited for the perfect […]

Wow, that’s cool, I guess I just think your people are always shooting by a big tree. I’ll have to keep the Arboretum in mind for the future. Thanks for the reply.

To answer your question Brian since so many people ask me about this, I have actually never used the same trees. They are all just big trees I find from place to place if I even do this shot which I don’t do as often as you might guess 🙂 This one was at the Morton Arboretum. Thanks!

I love the photos, and noticed the photo by the enormous tree that your photogs tend to use…I have to ask, where is that? I love it. I just did a series for an expectant couple and we did it all outdoors which turned out really nicely, they loved them.

We loved the pictures. Robyn you look beautiful, Jason you are so loving. WE are just so excited for you both that things are going in the right direction. We love you both so much. Can’t wait to meet Taylor and Nicholas when they arrive.

Kristi & Jon

Kristi & Jon were engaged in wine country so I thought it was really fitting that they wanted to incorporate that into their session by bringing wine from the winery where Jon asked Kristi to marry him.  They were such fun and up for anything with a view of the skyline!  They are getting married […]

Wow! Gorgeous pictures! Kristi & John make it easy! 🙂 I LOVE LOVE LOVE the picture of the city scape with their backs facing it. I want a version of me and my husband for my living room.

I like the one with the wine glasses in the foreground… but not surprisingly I would bet that the wine is completely gone!

Molly Grace shoots Deanna & Colin’s wedding

Deanna & Colin’s day had moments that were real and true. It might surprise you to note that even though I am working, during the mass or ceremony I listen to the message from the priest or pastor. It is after all, a service, a sacred ceremony in which I respect with quietness and reverence, […]
